Information for nonresident students who require hostel

When settling in the dormitory of the campus "KHAI" it is necessary to have:

- notice of enrollment in the university (recommended);

- bank receipt for payment for accommodation;

- passport and certificate with a mark of deregistration;

- document with RVC mark on deregistration (for conscripts and conscripts);

- bank receipt for payment of state duty (for registration) in the amount of UAH 13. 60 (strictly UAH 13 60) for the recipient's details: Criminal Code of Kharkiv, code 37999649, Cossacks of Ukraine (EAP), UA178999980334129879000020002, payment code: 22012500, purpose of payment - payment for the provision of other administrative services;

- photos 3 x 4 - 4 pieces;

- settlement order with a mark of medical examination (medical center "KHAI" - dormitory №8).

The order for settlement in a hostel is issued in administration of the campus "HAI" from 8:30 to 17:30, to the address:

- street Chkalova, bldg. 1 (entrance from the end of the hostel "HAI" №7).

Accommodation in the dormitory is carried out for 3 and 4 people per room (depending on the type of room) with soft inventory and furniture, but with a prepayment of at least a quarter (3 months), the payment for accommodation is 520 UAH. per month (including utilities).
