About vacations
Another vacation:
• the employee personally applies for another vacation to the personnel department no later than three weeks before the date of commencement of the vacation;
• the application should be:
   - personal signature;
   - signature and surname of the direct supervisor;
   - signature of the vice-rector (rector).

Vacation without salary savings:
• An application for leave without salary is provided to the HR department in advance, but no later than three working days prior to the start date of the leave (the length of the leave is limited by law for different categories of employees.)
Pregnancy and childbirth leave:
• At the time of the hospital pregnancy and childbirth (126 calendar days), the worker must arrange a vacation;
• After a maternity (leave) during pregnancy and childbirth, the worker has the right to take a job or to arrange a childcare leave of up to 3 years old;
• When applying for a childcare leave of up to 6 years of age, you need to provide a certificate from your doctor about the need for a baby home care provider.
• An application for childcare leave of up to 3 years old and up to 6 years old is provided to the HR department in advance, but no later than three working days prior to the holiday.
All applications for leave must have a personal signature, signature and surname of the direct manager, signature of the vice-rector (rector).
