About dismissal

In case of dismissal of his own free will, according to Article 38 of the KZPP of Ukraine, an application to the personnel department is provided PERSONALLY 2 weeks prior to the specified date of dismissal.
In case of dismissal at the end of the term of the employment contract, the personnel department shall be provided with an official note from the head of the department or a personal statement from the employee about the dismissal for this reason no later than two weeks before the end of the employment contract.
