Conducting interviews from the previous settlement in the dormitories of the campus

Due to the need for orderly accommodation of students in the dormitories of the campus "KHAI" and preparation of places for accommodation of first-year students, on the basis of "Regulations on the campus" and "Regulations on the dormitory", to ensure a compact residence of students annually During the academic year, together with the administration of the campus, student trade union bureaus of faculties and relevant student councils of dormitories, interviews are held to settle in dormitories, which is a preparatory work for moving into the next academic year. Interviews are conducted according to appropriate schedules and conditions.

The following data are taken into account when conducting interviews from the settlement to the dormitories:

- no arrears of payment for accommodation until the end of the current school year;

- availability of registration in the hostel;

- no violations of the "Rules of Procedure in dormitories" during the current school year;

- the assigned economic workings are fulfilled.

The lists of students for dormitory accommodation for the next academic year, signed by the deans, agreed with the trade union bureau of the faculties and approved by the director of the campus, are submitted to the campus administration, according to which the settlement for the academic year is held.

Students who have not passed the interview from the previous settlement in the dormitories are not allowed to settle for the next academic year and accordingly vacate the place in the dormitory at the end of the current academic year.
