"Management" 

In the conditions of systemic reforms currently taking place in Ukraine, the main factor in all processes, including managerial ones, is a person who is able to generate and implement non-trivial ideas and solutions, who possesses a high level of responsibility and professionalism, morality and decency. It is the manager, a person who has an inalienable right to the free natural expression of his individuality, that possesses these qualities. A manager is thinking in broad categories, systemic, predictive, holistic.

Management is not a profession, it is a lifestyle. Management is the management of people and production, which allows you to fulfill the tasks in the most humane and economical way. Effective management consists in the ability to apply exactly those management methods that correspond to the characteristics of the enterprise and its external environment during a certain period of time. Some scholars perceive management as the art of doing work through other people.

The educational program "Management" provides the training of specialists capable of carrying out professional activities on the basis of information systems and technologies and basic management concepts, able to think systematically and innovatively, perform atypical tasks of a research nature, be guided by the principles of humanity and solve practical problems and complex specialized tasks in the field of management of organizations and their subdivisions in the conditions of the global digitalization process.

The educational program "Management" differs in its adaptability to the needs of enterprises in the aerospace industry of Ukraine, as well as specific industrial enterprises and machine-building enterprises, with a focus on the application of IT technologies used in management.
