Technological process of metallization of ceramics
In 1986, a technological process of ceramic metallization was developed to create vacuum-tight metal-ceramic joints.
Features of the technological process are:
- high resistance to thermal shocks (more than 100 cycles of 20-700 °C while maintaining vacuum density);
- practical lack of diffusion of the coating material into the substrate;
- a long period of storage of semi-finished products before their connection without changing the characteristics.
The upper joint is made according to traditional technology, the lower one - according to the developed one.
