Technological process of metallization of hydraulic cylinder rods
In the period from 1989 to 1992, a technological process and equipment was developed on the basis of the "VYHOR-K" installation, operating in the magnetron mode, for applying corrosion-resistant coatings to the shafts of mine hydraulic fasteners.
Chromium-based coatings with a thickness of 10-12 microns correspond in corrosion resistance to coatings with a thickness of 35-40 microns obtained by galvanic methods.
